Ingredients

1/4 cup
loosely packed wood sorrel leaves and stems
3/4 oz.
fresh lime juice
1
large egg white
2 oz.
Irish whiskey
1 oz.
simple syrup
Ice

Directions

1. Step 1Combine wood sorrel leaves and stems with lime juice in a cocktail shaker; muddle.
2. Step 2Add egg white, Irish whiskey, simple syrup, and ice.
3. Step 3Shake until chilled and foamy; strain into a cocktail glass.
4. Step 4Garnish with wood sorrel leaves.
