Fresh Summer Peach Relish

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup
fresh lime juice
- 1 tsp.
pure honey
- 1/2
small red onion, finely chopped
Kosher salt
- 2
ripe peaches, chopped
- 1/2 cup
fresh basil, thinly sliced
Directions
- Step 1Whisk together lime juice and honey in a bowl. Add onion and season with salt. Let stand 5 minutes. Add peaches and basil and stir to combine.
