Ingredients
- 1/2
finely chopped white onion
- 4 Tbsp.
chopped fresh cilantro, divided
- 1 tsp.
lime zest
- 4
seeded and chopped plum tomatoes
- 1/4 cup
lime juice
- 2 tsp.
Cholula hot sauce
Kosher salt
Directions
- Step 1Smash onion, half cilantro, and lime zest in a bowl. Stir in tomatoes, lime juice, rest of cilantro, and hot sauce. Season with salt.
