Blueberry-Thyme Jam
This homemade treat is a great way to use a blueberry haul.

Got too many blueberries? You can whip this flavorful jam up in just about 15 minutes and it'll keep well in the fridge. It's great stirred into oatmeal or slathered on biscuits or bread!

Ingredients
- 2 pt.
(4 cups) blueberries
- 1 Tbsp.
fresh lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp.
chopped fresh thyme
- 1 1/2 cups
sugar
Directions
- Step 1Combine blueberries, lemon juice, thyme, and sugar in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring frequently. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, just until blueberries begin to pop, mixture thickens, and until temperature on an instant read thermometer reads 220°F, 10 to 15 minutes.
- Step 2Cool to room temperature then transfer to a pint jar. Refrigerate up to 1 week.
