white balsamic vinegar
2 Tbsp.
olive oil
1 Tbsp.
pure honey

small shallot, finely chopped
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
5 oz.
baby spinach
1/3 cup
Marcona almonds
2 oz.
Manchego cheese, thinly sliced
1 cup
blackberries
1/4
red onion, thinly sliced

Directions

1. Step 1Whisk together vinegar, oil, honey, and shallot in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Add spinach, almonds, Manchego, blackberries, and onion and gently toss to combine.
